Household Managers

Ever wish that you had someone to manage all of your administrative needs around your home, keep it moving smoother so that you had more quality time with your family, to travel, or enjoy your favorite hobbies? A household manager might be the person you are looking for. 

A household manager’s job will vary according to the needs of individual households. The job of a household Manager is to oversee the operation of the home, including any of the following task:

  • Organizing
  • Meal planning
  • Arranging appointments
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Greeting and serving guests
  • Errands (shopping, gift purchases, dry cleaning)
  • Managing the household calendar
  • Household bookkeeping and/or accounting tasks
  • Plan/direct special events
  • Manage special projects
  • Hiring & supervision of other household staff or contractors (Nanny, lawn, pool, and cleaning)
  • Occasional childcare
  • Secretarial responsibilities
  • Excellent computer capabilities

Agency placement fee of $1600

Household Managers $20-35 an hour
